Important: Donations to NGOs are generally non-refundable as they are immediately used for charitable purposes. Please read this policy carefully.

1. General Policy

Saksham Path Foundation ke donations generally non-refundable hain kyunki ye immediately charitable work pe use ho jaate hain. Hum 100% transparency maintain karte hain.

2. Exceptional Cases (Refund Possible)

Duplicate payment ho gaya ho
Technical error se galat amount deduct hua ho
Unauthorized transaction ho
Payment successful hua but NGO ko nahi mila

3. Refund Process

Agar aap kisi exceptional case mein refund chahte hain:

7 din ke andar email karein: sakshampathfoundation@gmail.com
Subject: "Refund Request - [Transaction ID]"
Transaction ID aur screenshot attach karein
Hum 7-10 working days mein review karenge

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds 7-14 working days mein process hote hain original payment method pe.

5. Membership Cancellation

Membership plans monthly/yearly basis pe hain. Cancellation ke baad current period khatam hone tak service milti rahegi.
